Maintaining the health, safety, and well-being of our choristers, staff, family members, and other people in the United Choir School (UCS) community is our top priority. Based on guidance from the CDC and in consideration of the ever-evolving circumstances, we have developed the following set of policies and protocols, which will remain in effect until further notice:

1. Masking during rehearsals and performances is optional. This policy may be revisited throughout the season with updated guidance from our consulting physicians.

2. Choristers with any cold or flu-like symptoms are asked to stay home from rehearsals/performances and to take a covid test (PCR or antigen) before returning to choir.

3. Choristers who have covid-19 are asked to follow all CDC guidelines regarding masking for 10 days after the onset of symptoms/testing positive. Furthermore, choristers should test negative on two consecutive antigen tests (24 hours apart) before returning to choir.

4. UCS reserves the right to update and/or alter these protocols at any time due to changing circumstances, new information, regulations or recommendations from relevant authorities or for any other reason at the sole discretion of UCS staff.
