Each chorister in Level 4 of the UGC Mentor Program will be assigned a Mentor position with one of the Consort ensembles listed below and will attend all rehearsals and performances of that ensemble as well as all rehearsals and performances of Level 4 of the UGC Mentor Program. Serving as a mentor for the Consort division of UGC is a great opportunity to build confidence and develop leadership skills through mentoring and role modeling, and is an important part of the Mentor Program experience.

Please select at least two of the following student leadership options for which you would be available, indicating your order of preference (or write “no preference” if applicable). Every effort will be made to assign each chorister to her first or second choice, if at all possible. Choristers will be notified of their peer leader assignments as soon as possible.
