Each member of the Elm City Girls' Choir will be assigned a leadership position as a Teaching Assistant for one of the UGC ensembles listed below and will attend all rehearsals and performances of that ensemble as well as all rehearsals and performances of ECGC. Serving as a Teaching Assistant is a wonderful opportunity to build confidence and develop leadership skills through mentoring and role modeling, and is an important part of the ECGC experience.

On your registration form, you will be asked to select two of the following leadership options for which you would be available, indicating your order of preference (first choice and second choice). Every effort will be made to assign you to your first choice. You will be notified of your leadership assignment prior to the first rehearsal.
