2024-2025 | Elm City Girls' Choir (Collegium Musicum division)
Participation in ECGC requires enrollment in BOTH of the components listed below. As noted, Component 1 features weekly rehearsals in the New Haven area on Tuesdays & Wednesdays, and Component 2 entails attending an additional weekly rehearsal in a location of your choice (Branford, Bridgeport or North Haven) and serving as a Teaching Assistant for the choristers in that location. Attend weekly Mentor Program rehearsals in the North Haven area on TUESDAYS & WEDNESDAYS (featuring advanced ear training and music theory, conducting instruction, etc.), and perform in spectacular concerts throughout the region.

Component 2: Student Leadership
Student Leadership
Serve as a Teaching Assistant for a UGC ensemble in one of several locations. Teaching Assistants attend all rehearsals and performances with their assigned ensembles and provide important musical and social leadership in their roles as ear training instructors, student conductors, and role models.
